At Vintage Clothes, we want you to love your unique finds; however, because our items are authentic pre-loved pieces, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit. Please ensure all original vintage tags remain attached and the garment is in the same condition as when it arrived.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack With Care

  Place the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring the vintage garment is protected from moisture and transit damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our curators inspect the item for its original condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
